Our journey begins with securing all necessary local permits. Once approved, our skilled team meticulously excavates the area, precisely sculpting the earth to the exact dimensions and contours of your custom pool design, paying close attention to grading and soil conditions.
We construct a formidable skeleton of reinforced steel (rebar), forming the structural backbone of your pool. Concurrently, our licensed plumbers install all the necessary piping for filtration, heating, and water features, pressure testing every line to guarantee a leak-proof system.
The heart of the construction process. A high-pressure hose is used to spray a specialized concrete mixture called Gunite over the steel frame. This creates a dense, monolithic, and incredibly durable pool shell, which is then hand-troweled for a smooth finish and left to cure.
This is where the artistry shines. Our craftsmen install your chosen waterline tiles and coping. Simultaneously, our hardscaping team builds the surrounding deck and patio areas. Finally, the interior surface finish, such as plaster or pebble, is expertly applied.
